My healing journey started with a crisis
After a major knee surgery left me out of work for six months, I was forced into a stillness I wasn't used to - and the emotions I had stuffed down for years began to surface.
I tried traditional talk therapy and kept hitting a wall. Then I found Reiki. I was skeptical at first, but after a few sessions the energetic blocks I'd carried for a lifetime finally started to move. Today my mission is to offer you that same opportunity.
